Ashgrove Golf Club Retirement Village

This project consists of a retirement living facility and a new golf club house including three buildings, approximately 160 residential units and over 2000m2 of clubhouse/common facilities.

The previous scheme has issues with feasibility due to cost overruns. These challenges include flooding, existing infrastructure, access constraints, geotechnical and construction considerations. Inertia is working on a design that overcomes all of these challenges and ensures a successful project.
