Cold Store – Radley Street, Virginia

Inertia was engaged to engineer storage solutions for this warehouse cold room to withstand the large loads. The design included two slabs, with a ground bearing top slab on a load-bearing insulation.

Our team had to work closely with architects Hilton Reid Consulting to deliver the design within the site constraints as well as a limited time frame. After challenges due to the property boundary Inertia had to quickly and efficiently alter the design, however, were successful in completing the project on time and within budget.
