This project consists of the detailed engineering design and construction supervision of a 13 lot subdivision in Daisy Hill.
We prepared the engineering documentation as well as a swept path analysis to support the DA submission to Council. During this phase we were able to provide an option, at no extra construction cost, for the sewer to run through the site rather than along the waterway corridor. This permitted all lots to be serviced from the single line as well as not imposing easements in the rear lots allowing for future pool construction.
We were then engaged for the provision of Construction Documentation to assist with the Operational Works Application, Construction Bill of Quantities and a Construction Management Plan. The project is now headed to the construction phase where we will provide construction supervision.
