Perry Lane, Brisbane CBD

Congratulations to Perry Lane JV for their recent DA approval for a new 25 storey boutique residential tower in Brisbane CDB. Only 12 meters wide, the slender and constrained nature of the site posed many engineering challenges, but together with Bureau Proberts, Dimarco Group and Place Design Group we were able to deliver an impressive and successful design.

Inertia was initially engaged to undertake a civil due diligence analysis of the site before moving into civil documentation for the Development Approval.  Additionally, we provided concept structural engineering designs to assist in mitigating construction risks and to ensure that the project could be priced accurately.

We are excited to see this innovative project come to life.
