Senior Civil Engineer Daley Curran and the civil team were engaged during the early stages to undergo a due diligence survey, and continued through the DA and OPW, all the way to post-construction. We are thrilled to hear that the project is now On Maintenance.
Throughout our design, our engineers were able to maximise lot size and yield by using individual lot stormwater management system to avoid a dedicated basin location. The existing house was able to be retained on the lot fronting Ridgeway Avenue with the remaining lots accessed through a battle-axe driveway scenario.
Always a pleasure getting to work along the Gold Coast especially in the Southport area where new 600m2+ freehold lots are becoming more and more of a rarity!
