University of the Sunshine Coast, Resources Building

The building needed to demonstrate the style and innovation of USC, while advertising the university to potential staff and students.

Our civil services included the investigation and integration of the university’s first class stormwater treatment plans.

Our structural team very worked closely with the architects to achieve strong architectural features, while maintaining a highly efficient building that aligns with the budget.

We designed large cantilever roofs and high columns, and used multiple cladding materials to deliver interesting, yet cost-effective architecture.

Our team delivered a design that aligns with the university’s master plan and saved the client both time and money during the construction phase.
