Hamilton project wins Master Builders Housing & Construction award

We’re thrilled to announce that one of our structural engineering projects, built by Klinge Constructions & Developments Pty Ltd, has won a Master Builders Housing & Construction (Qld) award. The project took out the Home Renovation/Remodelling Project $576,000-$1m category.

This project was particularly challenging as the house is set on a very steep, sloping block with poor street access.

Our design maximises the living area and blurs the boundary between indoor and outdoor living, by incorporating roof framing that caters to large, corner-opening doors. The project retains the character of the Queenslander, while increasing its fantastic views to the rear.
