From London to Dubai and Bangkok to Brisbane, our senior leadership team has been trusted by major brands to lead the design, delivery, and implementation of their flagship projects. A combined 25 decades of experience has seen them work on major global residential, retail, education, industrial, commercial, and entertainment projects that have shaped skylines, urban environments, and regions.

The team is further enhanced by a passionate group of key business leads and associates, which allow Inertia to provide an experienced and dedicated service on every project. They are in turn supported by over 70 talented Inertians. Drawn from all walks of life, they are a close-knit team of highly skilled and passionate people, who interact unlike typical engineers.

As we continue to evolve, our journey is marked by key milestones. In 2025, we launched Inertia LandAI, our AI-powered solution transforming how land development is planned and delivered. Building on this momentum, in 2026, we expanded our footprint with the opening of our Victorian office – bringing us closer to our clients and projects across Australia.
