Working as a Structural Drafter in our Building team, you will use your skills and knowledge of drafting and modelling to assist in the delivery of Inertia’s diverse range of projects. The role will allow you to work autonomously while supporting (and being supported) by our Building Team Leader and design team.
A typical week will consist of:
–> Participating in team meetings and project kickoffs
–> Assisting and delivering quality design for industrial, commercial, multi-residential and other unique projects
–> Producing project documents that reflect our drafting standards and best practice
–> Communicating clearly with our team of engineers, designers and admin staff and be supported if you need assistance
–> Working with people who are focused on great design and enjoying their time at work!
Requirements
–> Must have 3-5 years’ experience in structural drafting covering projects such as commercial, multi-residential, and industrial projects
–> Advanced level skills in the use of AutoCAD
–> Intermediate level skills in the use of REVIT
–> High level of detail orientation with the ability to understand design sketches, xrefs and drawings

–> Advanced level skills in the use of REVIT
–> Ability to customise AutoCAD

The position is only available to permanent residents of Australia
Salary $70 – $80 based on experience
