Inertia Money Ball

Inertia’s social club ventured to Q Masters Pool Hall in Milton on Friday for a night of pizza and pool.  The group played a few friendly’s and then decided it was time to take it up a notch and set up an elimination challenge to separate the sharks from the minnows!

After much conjecture, rule debate (are we playing NSW or QLD rules?), cue balls bouncing off the table, and a touch of what some would call skullduggery, we saw Nathan and Jason rise to the top and meet in the Grand Final with Jason taking the Championship Crown!

Special mention should go to Carolina for organising, Ed who could be the fastest pool player to ever exist, Taylor who is a shark with an 8pm curfew, and unlucky Dave who lost 5 games in a row (well 3 – as it seems that we weren’t playing by the official international rules of eight-ball).  All in all, it was a great night out and it would seem this is not the last time Inertians will shoot some stick!
