Golden Grove, Runcorn – Breaking Sales Records, On Time and On Budget!

Fantastic to be working on a project that is becoming such a huge success! Inertia Engineering are working with Noel Shipp and Andrew Boyd from Lennium Group on the delivery of 31 homesites in the new estate of ‘Golden Grove’ in Runcorn.

Inertia have been providing civil engineering services from commencement (DA Stage), through detailed design and now into construction delivery for Lennium Group. As shown in the recent channel 7 news story, construction is now well under way and running like clockwork. With 71 home designs to choose from Lennium has seen record breaking sales rates with over 21 lots under contract at the time of writing.

RDS Civil are also currently in front of schedule for the new infrastructure to be handed over to Council before Christmas this year which was imperative to our client’s time frame.
