Civil Design Team Welcomes Tim Reynolds
As Inertia’s civil team expands after recent successes, we are thrilled to welcome Tim Reynolds to our civil engineering team in the role of Design Manager. Tim has 10 years of industry experience under his belt, and his diverse experience and organisation skills will bring new perspectives to our projects to continue our quest of achieving the best possible results.
Tim has worked as a civil designer, drafter, and project manager across multi-residential, commercial, industrial and subdivision projects, with a particular focus on greenfield projects, project management and bulk earthworks. One of his most significant projects throughout his career was a 250+ lot rural residential subdivision with over 7km of new road. Tim was the lead civil designer for this project for stages 6 to 14 and has been the longest-running project he was worked on spanning 10 years.
Civil Principal Calvin Kirk is excited to have Tim on board. “Recently we have had some pretty massive project wins such as Parklands at Clarendon, Brickworks Park and Karingal Drive, so we are thrilled to be investing in our design team during this busy time. In particular, we have been very active in the land-subdivision space, and Tim’s experience in this sector will be an asset to our team.”
After his first month at Inertia, Tim is settling in well, “It has been non-stop since I got here, which is fantastic! I have come in at an exciting time, and have already worked on some awesome projects such as the commercial/industrial project on Swanbank Road, and the subdivisions on Oakey Flat Road and Lyndhurst Terrace.”
With a keen interest in motorbikes, he is also fitting in well as the 5th member of the civil team who loves nothing more than getting on their bike. Must be a civil engineer thing!
