Two New Industrial Developments with TPM Underway

Inertia is thrilled to be working on two new industrial projects with TPM Builders this year.   

Currently in construction at Business Drive, Narangba, is a new storage warehouse development with 5 new industrial units with a DDA compliant 26 car park site. Our team provided an integrated engineering solution including civil, structural and hydraulic design, and were able to keep earthworks and retaining to a minimum throughout the design in order to keep costs low for the client. As you can see below, the structure is starting to take shape and is looking good! 

Over the other side of Brisbane on Campbell Avenue, Wacol, we are working on the demolition and construction of a new industrial office building development including car parking. Inertia provided the civil and structural engineering including bored piers, slab on ground, retaining walls, precast panels, suspended slab and roof framing, as well as the hydraulic design for a fire hydrant.  The demolition is currently underway with construction expected to start in February.
