The Inertia Wrap 2021

Each year we like to choose a word that we feel sums up the year that has been. This year that word is transformation, and it comes in the form of so many things we have achieved this year.

Transformation for us looks like doubling the number of Inertians that walk through our door every day.
It looks like over 10 promotions, with 6 new leads across 6 new established teams.
It looks like going from a 16% female workplace to 24%.
It looks like a new headquarters that has better catered for our staff, culture and new opportunities.

Speaking of opportunity, that is the word we have chosen as inspiration for the next year at Inertia…
