The Avenues, Stanthorpe – Project Update

We are pleased to announce the ROL approval for Stages 2, 3 & 4 of our exciting multi-staged rural residential subdivision at The Avenues, located on Sugarloaf Road in Stanthorpe. The project is well underway with The Project Team completing a successful pre-seal inspection of Stage 1A, allowing for close out of the job to commence with the placement of AC on the road surface.

We are excited to continue our relationship working with Andreatta Developments and Stratum Civil in making this masterplanned community a reality.
