Emma Clements, Inertia’s Group Lead – Land & Water, participated in Therefor Group’s panel discussion in celebration of International Women’s Day. Under the theme of #AccelerateAction, she joined an inspiring lineup of women, including Amy Marsden, Dr. Diaswati Mardiasmo, and Stephanie Kline, to discuss how they are driving change and making an impact. The ladies discussed what accelerating action means in their fields, the perspectives women bring to the industry, and defining moments that shaped their careers.
