Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality engineering solutions for residential subdivisions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, including engineering services reports and stormwater management plans
• Ensure compliance with Southeast Queensland (SEQ) local authority standards
• Oversee the approval processes with local authorities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 4+ years of experience in Urban Development
• Proven experience with residential subdivisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in report writing and familiar with SEQ guidelines and standards
• Understanding of local authority approval processes
• Class C Driver’s Licence
• Valid working rights within Australia
Desirable Skills:
• Experience in design input and review
• Contract Administration under AS2124 and AS4000
• Site inspection proficiency
• Knowledge of pavement design
• Familiarity with Water Quality modelling using MUSIC
