Civil Engineer – Greenfield

Are you a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer who wants to be responsible for overseeing and managing various civil engineering projects from conception to completion?

Working primarily in the greenfield space to deliver master-planned subdivisions throughout Queensland, you’ll want to work closely with other engineers, planners, and construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role includes overseeing project planning, design deliverables and client liaison.

Requirements

  • A minimum qualification of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
  • Have (or close to) Chartered professional engineer status / Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) qualified with 5 to 10 years experience working as a civil engineer
  • Demonstrated experience in civil design, pavements, and earthworks for various development sites
  • Strong technical skills, from first principles to using software
  • Proficient in utilising Australian Standards relevant to Civil Design
  • Proven track record of coordinating resources, designs, and projects
  • Experience in interacting with clients and project teams, agreeing on deliverables, and managing resources to deliver projects
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills
  • Willing and able to mentor young engineers
