Requirements
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent
• Industry accreditation/membership (RPEQ/CPENG status) desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in civil engineering or construction environment including site experience, preferably in Urban development, Land subdivisions and Infrastructure.
• Previous contract administration experience desirable.
• Knowledge of and ability to apply engineering principles to comply with scope of works and technical criteria.
• Demonstrated ability of reviewing project technical work, providing direction and guidance to project personnel and delivering results.
• Experience in interacting with clients and project teams, agreeing on deliverables, and managing resources to deliver projects.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
