Marketing Assistant

We’re seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Marketing & Engagement Lead to plan and execute both digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Your creative writing skills will be key in crafting content that highlights our capabilities, while also supporting the production of competitive bids and submissions. This role offers a blend of responsibilities, including event coordination, developing project case studies, and driving marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Marketing & Engagement Lead to execute the overall marketing plan.
• Develop and create compelling content across social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook), and manage these platforms.
• Oversee the company website, ensuring all content is current and engaging.
• Support the planning and execution of internal and external events.
• Contribute to the creation of compelling bids, proposals, internal & external newsletters and marketing materials.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven creative copywriting skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in the use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, and Website CMS Programs.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications is desirable
• Experience in preparing and formatting professional documents, including reports, tenders, and marketing materials.
• Keen eye for detail, with a focus on brand consistency and quality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
• Strong time management skills, capable of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Dedicated to ongoing learning and professional growth.
