Requirements
• Demonstrated and proven experience in a similar role and industry.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications including industry accreditation/membership (RPEQ/CPENG status).
• Demonstrated experience in stormwater drainage design, pavements, earthworks for various development sites.
• Extensive knowledge of the principles and practices of civil engineering, including a comprehensive understanding of Local Council Authority requirements and statutory authorities’ standards, codes and specifications.
• Demonstrated ability of reviewing project technical work, providing direction and guidance to project personnel and delivering results.
• Knowledge of Contract Administration (including AS 2124 and AS 4000 contracts) and Superintendent duties.
• Experience in interacting with clients and project teams, agreeing on deliverables, and managing resources to deliver projects.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
