The new street awning is officially in place, marking a key milestone in the transformation of this iconic commercial tower!

We are proud to be working with Savills Australia & New Zealand and Buildcorp to deliver structural and civil engineering services for the redevelopment of 70 Eagle Street, Brisbane. This upgrade is part of a broader revitalisation of the ground and first floors, featuring a striking new two-storey entry lobby, significant slab modifications, and enhanced structural framing.
