Inertia LandAI, powered by CIVIX and Allsite.ai, is helping shape a masterplanned coastal development located one hour north of Auckland, New Zealand.

For Stage 1, we redesigned the solution to improve efficiency and delivered a site-wide earthworks strategy covering all stages of the project. The optimised approach has reduced construction complexity, cut costs, and supported a more sustainable outcome.
