Inertia LandAI – Selo

Inertia LandAI, powered by CIVIX and Allsite.ai, drove smarter land development for SELO by enabling rapid iterations of civil servicing design.

Using Service AI, the network was optimised in minutes, approved by Auckland Council with no overrides, and later proved its resilience during the 2023 floods.
