Inertia Connect 2025!

Inertia Connect 2025 @ The Shed, Northshore Hamilton!
Inertia Connect is our annual day to step away from the usual work routine and truly connect. It’s designed to encourage personal bonding, creativity, and collaboration—outside the usual office setting.

This year, our team explored the themes of Past, Present, and Future through a series of interactive sessions:

→Journey Through Inertia’s History – A walk through our key milestones, sharing memories of where we were during those moments in time.
→ Flipside Circus – A fun (and slightly daring) reminder that collaboration, trust, and balance go hand in hand.
→ Town Hall Round 2 – Our Senior Leadership Team shared insights from the Leadership Retreat, discussing our mid-term strategy and what’s next for Inertia.
→ Creative Workshops – From logo design to clay sculpting that brought our values to life, these sessions captured the imagination and teamwork that drive our culture.

We wrapped up the day with a delicious dinner together.

A massive shoutout to our Connect Planning Committee – Aaron Ward, Dave Kelly, Luke Grzesiczak, Emma Skea, and Syazwani Russell! Organising such an event was no easy task, so we extend a huge thank you to them for their outstanding effort in making this day possible.
