Inertia Leadership Retreat 2025

Recently, our leadership team set off to O’Reilly’s Rainforest Retreat, Villas and Lost World Spa & Conference Centre for the inaugural Leadership Development Series retreat, facilitated by Dan Wright from Thryve Connection. Across two days, our leaders took part in strategic workshops and team-based activities, strengthening our plans, elevating our leadership capabilities, and building connections.

As Dan shared, “When strong relationships, respect, and deep listening are an aspect of everyone in the room, creativity flourishes. It was great to see the Inertia leadership team learning from each other and crafting powerful strategies for its bright future.”
