Ethel Residences won at UDIA QLD Awards!

Inertia is excited to see that Ethel Residences by BHC Creating Liveable Communities won the Affordable Housing category at the 2025 UDIA Queensland Awards for Excellence, and we’re proud to have supported this important community project.

Inertia provided civil and structural engineering services for the development, which delivers 34 new homes in Chermside for essential workers and those experiencing housing insecurity.
