Final Module of Leadership Development Series 2025

We wrapped up the final module of our Leadership Development Series for the year, facilitated by Dan Wright from Thryve Connection, and what a journey it has been for everyone involved.

Gregg Hoesman, co-creator of the program, shared: “As we completed our second year of the Leadership Development Series, it’s been incredible to see our leaders grow in confidence, connection, and capability. The focus on self, project, team, and client leadership has continued to elevate how we lead at every level, and we’re excited to keep building on that momentum.”

Stacey Reibelt reflected on her experience: “Each year, I learn more about how to be the best leader I can be. Supporting my team, encouraging training opportunities and career growth are areas that I’m really passionate about. I’m excited to continue building a space where everyone can thrive and genuinely enjoy coming to work!”
