We are proud to see Emma Clements recognised among the 2025 Top 100 Women in Construction for her role in shaping more resilient, inclusive communities across Queensland.

Emma combines technical leadership with a deep commitment to social impact, particularly in the delivery of social and affordable housing projects. From delivering pro bono engineering support on projects like Jinndii Waijung, to influencing policy through UDIA Queensland and advocating for vulnerable young people via the Property Industry Foundation, her work continues to make a meaningful difference.
