Beachside, Hervey Bay – Site Walk

Recently, our team travelled to Hervey Bay for a site walk at QM Properties‘ Beachside development, a 250-hectare masterplanned community that will ultimately deliver more than 1,500 residential lots. The visit provided an opportunity for the team to walk the site alongside tenderers who are currently preparing submissions for the major works contractor package. Meeting on-site allowed everyone involved to better understand the project’s scope, site conditions, and the complexity associated with delivering infrastructure across such a large, staged development.

We look forward to progressing the tender and seeing the next stages of Beachside move forward.
