International Women’s Day 2026

Last week, we celebrated International Women’s Day in a few meaningful ways, and it was a great reminder of the incredible women who make up our team.
In the office, we marked the occasion with a relaxed afternoon tea and an appreciation gift for the women of Inertia. We are proud to work alongside such a talented and passionate group whose impact is felt across our projects and our culture every day.
Several of us also attended Therefor Group’s IWD’s celebration, where we had the privilege of hearing Rochelle Courtenay from Share the Dignity speak about the importance of advocacy, change, and continued support for women who need it most. It was a powerful reminder that meaningful change happens when people come together.
Stacey Reibelt also represented Inertia at the Women in BIM Conference. A standout moment for her was the call to “be the changemaker” – to show, teach, and champion new ideas, and to use technology to create safer and better outcomes.
Thank you to the amazing women of Inertia for everything you bring to our team every day.
