Shaun Eisel at Australasia Property Advisory Association’s Greenfield Forum 2026

Last week, Shaun Eisel, Principal and Victoria Lead, joined the Australasia Property Advisory Association (APAA) Greenfield Forum 2026 in Melbourne to discuss the future of greenfield development, with a focus on due diligence and innovation.

With time, cost and quality constantly pulling in different directions, the question is: where can meaningful savings actually be found, and does quality have to be the trade-off?

Shaun’s answer is to use advanced technology to amplify civil engineering expertise.
