What Leadership Means to Aaron

What does leadership means to us? For Aaron Knight, Civil Team Lead of Built Environment Group, it’s not just about leading a team, but about helping people grow. One of the things Aaron enjoys most about leadership is sharing knowledge, supporting his team to achieve their goals, and seeing them recognise just how much they have grown along the way.

For him, a supported team is a motivated team, and that ultimately flows through to the way we deliver for our clients.

We are proud to have leaders like Aaron who are invested in both the people around them and the work they deliver. Hear more from Aaron on his approach to leadership and what it means to be part of Team Khaki.
