Weekly Elevate

Why is it important to extend creativity in the workplace? We welcomed back Dr Cathryn Lloyd of Maverick Minds, for a Weekly Elevate session, and Inertians spent time reflecting on our annual event, Inertia Connect, where their working together in an imaginative environment was filled with music and art. By revisiting the lessons learned we’ve uncovered some golden insights; from embracing uniqueness to stepping outside comfort zones, these principles resonate with daily growth as we seek alternative ways to solve problems.

Our commitment to excellence and continuous growth is a tune we play every day. The team has provided valuable input for our next Inertia Connect in 2024, and we can hardly wait to share it with you. In the meantime, we strive to be better each day whilst bringing greater collaboration and creativity into our service and solutions.
