The Assembly, Molendinar

Located in the centre of the Moledinar industrial precinct, The Assembly is a two-storey industrial unit complex spanning over a 10 hectare site. With over 104 boutique and architecturally designed spaces surrounded by state-of-the-art interior and exterior spaces, this development effectively challenges the norm of warehouse storage solutions.

Through assessing multiple options to achieve the most economical and efficient design in the current market, our structural engineers play a significant role in dictating the length and cost of construction. In order to deliver the aesthetic our client and architects are seeking, our team must draw on their wide range of experiences to present the most practical solution.

Associate Series

Throughout September and October, we have been highlighting the career progressions, passions and aspirations of our five associates.

Our first insights come from Ryan Llewelyn, Josh Falco and Jed Michel. Each Inertian has a unique journey that has led them to become amongst Inertia’s first associates, and it was great to sit down with them and hear their stories.

Stay tuned over the coming fortnight for our final two insights, featuring Jodie Egan and Nathan Green.

Birthday Munch

August and September-born Inertians decided to head up the road to Uncle Wangs to enjoy their birthday meal on us. It’s great to see some of our longest-standing staff members getting to know a few newbies, all of who work across different teams and projects.
