Inertia Engineering is proud to be involved with a BHC project that’s making a real difference in our community, being delivered with the support of the Queensland Government’s Housing Investment Fund.

Inertia is currently providing civil and structural engineering to help deliver BHC’s vision for the development, to create a dynamic, well-located community providing long-term, high-quality homes for older Queenslanders (aged over 55), including older women in housing need.

This development will deliver 82 new homes (59 social and 23 affordable). By combining these two tenures in a well-designed property, BHC seeks to create a vibrant mixed community for older residents.
