Cristaldi Avenue, Underwood
The Cristaldi Avenue Social Housing Development in Underwood features nine single-bedroom residences thoughtfully designed for community living. Set within a sloping landscape, the homes are arranged around a central garden pathway, fostering neighborly interaction while maintaining privacy. Each unit connects to this space through its entryway, balcony, and kitchen. Modest, durable, and low-maintenance structures blend seamlessly with the suburban surroundings, supporting lush vegetation and sustainable living. This project highlights a balanced approach to urban design and sustainability, contributing to Queensland’s affordable housing goals.
