Inertia is supporting BHC’s vision with civil and structural engineering services to create a dynamic, well-located community offering long-term, high-quality homes for older Queenslanders (55+), including women in housing need. The development will provide 82 new homes (59 social and 23 affordable), blending these tenures to foster a vibrant, mixed community for older residents.
