Ashgrove Golf Club Retirement Village
This project involves the development of a retirement living facility and a new golf clubhouse, comprising three buildings, approximately 160 residential units, and over 2,000m² of clubhouse and common amenities.
A previous design faced significant feasibility challenges due to cost overruns, driven by factors such as flood risks, existing infrastructure, access constraints, and complex geotechnical and construction considerations. Inertia delivered a solution that addresses these challenges, ensuring a cost-effective and sustainable outcome for the project.
