Kingsford Terrace Retirement Community

Inertia provided structural engineering services for three new aged care buildings at Kingsford Terrace, a retirement community featuring multiple buildings, large-scale common areas, and landscaped green spaces suspended over a basement carpark.

With a multi-stage project, ensuring seamless integration with existing structures was key. Inertia collaborated with project stakeholders to avoid redundant work and ensure the design supported construction schedules, dwelling sale programs, and provisions for future stages. This streamlined approach prevented structural duplication.
