My Space, Burleigh Heads
Inertia provided structural engineering services for a 48-unit industrial site located in the heart of Burleigh Heads. The creative architectural design of these warehouse units used simple construction methods to provide a great space for storage.
This project is located on a constrained and sloped site, for which we had to work closely with the builder to solve construction procedure concerns, such as casting beds and footing levels. Implementing the use of six-metre-high soldier pile walls, we were able to effectively support the site and create an efficient build.
