The Avenues, Stanthorpe

The Avenues at Stanthorpe, a multi-staged rural residential development, spans over 80 hectares adjacent to Quart Pot Creek in Queensland’s Granite Belt. Inertia Engineering is proud to collaborate with Andreatta Developments and Stratum Civil in providing civil and flood engineering services for Stage 1A of The Avenues; the first 14 lots of the exciting subdivision.

Our involvement encompasses the design and engineering of various aspects, including flood impact assessments and stormwater management, bulk earthworks, roadworks, drainage and water reticulation, all tailored to accommodate the generously sized 4000m2 blocks.
