Hedley Park, Kilcoy

Hedley Park Estate is a 55ha 400+ lot master planned community on the fringe of the township of Kilcoy in the Somerset Region. The design responds to the challenges of a steep site and provides larger than average elevated allotments. Significant design elements include bulk earthworks, trunk roads, major TMR intersection upgrade/relocation, master stormwater strategy, drainage, water reticulation, gravity sewer reticulation, sewer pump station, and rising main.
