The Avenues at Stanthorpe, a multi-staged rural residential development, spans over 80 hectares adjacent to Quart Pot Creek in Queensland’s Granite Belt. Our involvement encompasses the design and engineering of various aspects, including flood impact assessments and stormwater management, bulk earthworks, roadworks, drainage and water reticulation, all tailored to accommodate the generously sized 4000m2 blocks.
