This project involves the demolition and construction of a new industrial office building development including car parking. This warehouse and office development is double-storey and serviced by three electric roller doors.
Inertia provided the civil and structural engineering services, including bored piers, slab on ground, retaining walls, precast panels, suspended slab, roof framing, and hydraulic design for a fire hydrant.
