Queen Street, Brisbane CBD

Following in the footsteps of our beloved Midtown Centre, the existing outdated 47-year-old building on Queen Street in Brisbane’s CBD will be repurposed into a stunning 24-storey office development.
 
The current building structure will remain while deteriorating external facade elements will be replaced with a state-of-the-art curtain wall facade. The development will include extending both the ground floor podium and the tower by 3 levels. The new ‘crown’ of the building which includes a mezzanine floor and rooftop canopy with a subtropical outdoor space is sure to be a standout feature of the Brisbane City skyline.
 
We are so excited to be a part of yet another unique sustainable project in our own backyard, which will target a 5 Star Green Star design rating. Thank you Fender Katsilidis engaging us again to help bring your vision to life!
