70 Eagle Street, Brisbane

Inertia is proud to have delivered structural and civil engineering for the major redevelopment of 70 Eagle Street as an A-Grade, 11,000m² commercial tower, setting it up for long-term tenant appeal and enhanced performance. The upgrade involved a full transformation of the building, including:

• New ground floor lobby, street awning and refreshed façade
• A two-storey arrival experience with a Level 1 void cut-out and feature spiral staircase
• Significant slab modifications and strengthened structural framing to support the new design vision

Inertia’s role focused on reshaping the existing structure to accommodate the new lobby, façade treatments and internal reconfiguration, delivering the engineering foundations that enabled the architectural vision to come to life.
