Brisbane Airport Projects

This project includes a 3,312m² warehouse offering jet engines, components, and systems for commercial and military aircraft. Extensive earthworks were required to remove and reinstate stockpiled material, creating a platform for future works while mitigating PFAS contamination. Collaboration with Environmental Engineers ensured minimal environmental impact.

Geodis Warehouse

This 1.2-hectare development features a 4,500m² warehouse, 300m² office, 57 car parks, and loading areas. The site posed challenges, including poor founding materials, flat land with difficult stormwater and sewer discharge, and contaminated ground. Inertia closely coordinated service requirements on-site to understand the cost impacts of design decisions.
