Clearview Urban Village, Seven Hills

Clearview Urban Village features over 400 new dwellings and a 100-bed aged care facility. Comprising 10 distinct precincts across the nine-hectare site, this thoughtfully designed community balances affordable, high-quality living with access to bushland, parks, and open spaces. The development includes 13 house-and-land packages, over 80 two- and three-storey terrace villas, and a variety of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Inertia provided civil design services to support development applications and ongoing site development.

The site presented a number of engineering challenges for the DA, including allocation of space for water quality treatment. We utilised volume under ramp space to accommodate for quality devices.
