Flagstone Logistics Estate

Inertia was engaged to provide civil engineering services for the design and construction of an 18,000m² warehouse facility with offices, awning, carpark, and landscaping, at Lot 101 within the Flagstone Industrial Development.

The estate’s strategy requires significant over-mitigation of peak flows to ensure there are no adverse downstream impacts, resulting in complex detention and flow management requirements across the site.
