Golden Grove, Runcorn

The 31-lot subdivision for Lennium Group’s ‘Golden Grove’ in Runcorn has been successfully completed, achieving strong pre-sales and securing sales contracts early on in the project. Inertia provided engineering services throughout the project, including Development Approval/Application, OPW Detailed Design, Tendering/Award, Contract Administration/Superintendency.

The project presented unique challenges, such as managing complex connections to water and sewer systems, working adjacent to and over a major Seqwater water main on Nemies Road, and ensuring the ecological corridor at the rear of the site was preserved and protected.
